BBQ U 2010


Steven has just announced the dates for BBQ U 2010: June 10-13 and June 13-16. (For more info, click HERE) We”ll be back at the stunning Broadmoor resort in Colorado Springs, where this year, students from all over the world (literally) gathered to make caveman T-bones, planked trout, barbecued oysters, and a spectacular Greek style whole hog—more than two dozen dishes in all. Here are some scenes from BBQ U 2009.
