You heard it here first: “Grill Talk,” a 90-second package of some of Steven’s best grilling tips, will launch this weekend on the Kansas City Chiefs’ Radio Network, a popular network in the NFL. In the time it takes to grab a cold Game Day beer from the fridge, you can learn how to build a better burger or develop a reputation as the “Wing Man.” (Chicken wings, that is.) Steven’s collaborator in “Grill Talk” is Mitch Baker, a veteran radio personality from Kansas City—a city that takes its barbecue and football very seriously. Incidentally, the Kansas City Chiefs’ Radio Network serves seven Midwestern states through its affiliates, 60+ stations in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, and Arkansas. To see a complete listing, go to kcchiefsradio.com. But if you can’t tune into one of those stations on Sunday, take heart: We’re going to incorporate these broadcasts into this website so anyone—whether you’re a Chiefs fan or not—can listen and learn.
