Steven’s Appearances

February 7, 2008: To welcome popular cookbook author and television host Steven Raichlen to Melbourne, Australia’s hot BBQ scene, the gracious Heat Beads Company (www.sizzle.heatbeads.com.au) is hosting a special barbecue for invited guests from 12:30 to 2 p.m. at Gasworks Arts Park, 21 Graham Street, Albert Park, Melbourne. Featured will be iconic Australia-based grillmeisters Stavros, Julian Wu, John Ryan, and Kerry Tate. This is your chance to meet Steven and to watch Australia’s grilling talent in action. (Please note: Food will not be served to the public at this event.)

February, 28-29, 2008: Steven to appear at the Hearth, Patio, and Barbecue Show in Atlanta, Georgia. (He’ll be at the Companion Group booth.)

May, 2008: Tenth anniversary edition of The Barbecue Bible, complete with 100 new color photographs.

May, 2008: Launch of Steven’s new TV show: The Primal Grill.

May, 2008: Steven’s story on Yucatan grilling to appear in Bon Appetit magazine
