Where’s Steven and What is He grilling?

Steven was in Moscow, Russia, and a The Continents Barbecue staged by Barbecue Magazine publisher Nikolai Baratov. (He’s the guy in the black and orange apron next to Steven in the second photo.)

Steven is in the process of making lulya kebab—a ground lamb kebab from Uzbekistan flavored with cumin and coriander. (The recipe will be in Planet Barbecue.)

The third photo was taken in front of St. Basil’s Catherdral in Red Square.
