No one disputes the popularity of mac and cheese in America. Still, we were a little surprised at the avalanche of mail we received after Episode 402 of BBQ U, Season 4, aired: Everyone wanted the recipe for Mac and Cheese with Grilled Onions, Chiles, and Corn.
