It gives us great pleasure to introduce the newest member of the barbecuebible team—Steven’s new assistant, Nancy Loseke. Nancy hails from Cleveland, Ohio, and when it comes to smoke and fire, she knows her stuff. (Here, she mans the grill brush at Barbecue University.) Some of you have communicated with her already.
