BBQ USA in Japan.
A few months ago we went to Tokyo for the launch of a Japanese edition of my barbecue book. (Actually, it’s a compilation of hibachi friendly recipes taken from three of my book). Here Artist House Publishing publicist Ikuko Nakano (left) and editor Naoko Hoshikawa (right) join me at the foot of Mount Fuji, where we did a photo shoot for a Japanese magazine.
