When this year’s James Beard Awards were
announced in New York on May 10, your faithful grill master brought
home the bacon. Or more precisely, a James Beard Award for his latest
book, BBQ USA.
The Beard Awards are the “Oscars” of the food world
and this is Steven’s fifth medal. So here’s a big thanks to all the
smoke masters across America who helped make the book possible.
